Get your ticket in advance to make sure you don’t get shut out…limited tickets will be available at the door. \nThis event is a fundraiser for Allegiance Ranch where we strive to provide a safe and welcoming place for veterans\, active-duty military\, first responders\, and their families. We also intercept at-risk horses and provide love\, rehabilitation\, and training to prepare them for adoption or to work as emotional support animals. SUMMARY:New Volunteer Orientation
DESCRIPTION:Do you love horses? Like to work outdoors? Do you have a heart for supporting Veterans and first responders? Do you want to be a part of a positive community? If you said yes to any of these questions\, please join us for new volunteer orientation! To ensure the safety of our volunteers and our animals\, volunteers must participate in an orientation session. Training will include basic safety\, care for horses\, and general ranch maintenance. We will introduce you to our horses and other animal residents\, the property\, and other members of our volunteer community.\nAllegiance Ranch relies on the support of volunteers and donors to care for and run the ranch. We welcome volunteers of all ages\, however\, a parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 16. No prior experience is required but is certainly helpful. Closed-toe sturdy shoes are required when working at the ranch. Companion animals are not permitted on the ranch for their safety and the safety of our animals.
