Volunteer Orientation

To ensure the safety of our volunteers and horses, volunteers must participate in an orientation session before they begin volunteering. Training includes an introduction to the rescue horses, barn chores, and basic horse handling. 

A few important things to note:

Companion animals (service animals excepted) are not permitted on the ranch for their safety and the safety of our animals

No prior experience is necessary. 

We welcome volunteers of all ages, however a parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 14. 

Closed-toe shoes are required when working at the ranch.
