As a small non-profit, we rely on the time and talents of our wonderful volunteer community. Our volunteers help with everything from feeding and mucking to grooming and training. It takes a village to run Allegiance Ranch and our village rocks!

To ensure the safety of our volunteers and horses, volunteers must participate in an orientation session. Training includes an introduction to the rescue horses, barn chores, and basic horse handling. We welcome volunteers of all ages, however a parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 14. No prior experience is necessary. Closed-toe shoes are required when working at the ranch. Companion animals (service animals excepted) are not permitted on the ranch for their safety and the safety of our animals. No registration required. We hope to meet you soon!
